**TENANTS WHO PAY RENT BY MAIL: The USPS Postal Service informed us that due to large worker layoffs, the mail delivery times have increased to 7-10 days. If you pay rent via mail, please mail your check 2 WEEKS before the first of the month. This ensures that your checks are delivered on time and you are not charged late fees. ANY CHECK RECIEVED AFTER 6PM ON THE 5th IS CONSIDERED LATE AND THE FEES WILL NOT BE WAIVED. **
