Please be reminded that rent is due on the 1st of each month, and you are given until the 5th of the month as a grace period. Any rents received after the 5th of the month will be considered late and will incur late fees.

Repairs:
You may go to our maintenance page to submit a service request online or, alternatively, download a form for mailing or faxing.

Intercom:
There is an intercom system at the front entrance of your building.  You may press #9 from your touch-tone phone to allow your guest access to the building.

Utilities:
Please be aware that most utility companies schedule their installation appointments Monday through Friday. Be sure to call and schedule your installation appointment in advance.

Upon Move-In or Move Out:
Once you move in, please call and give us your new telephone number.
Please do not fill apartment complex trash dumpster with boxes and large items; these must be disposed of elsewhere (Boxes that are broken down to a flattened state are acceptable.)  A fine of $100.00 will be issued to all tenants who abuse this policy.
